Omega Life Science Ltd. is a biomedical specialty company. The company engages in the development and manufacturing of novel nano-particles production equipment and related medical devices. Omega Life science's Nanomizing™ platform addresses the emerging need for nano-scaled ingredients in a variety of life science applications.

Omega life sciences focuses on two major lines of products:

1. Proprietary industrial systems for the production of nano- to sub-micron particles of active ingredients

2. A proprietary pulmonary drug delivery system for systemic and local targeting, consisting of an inhaler and a tailor-made formulation technology

Omega Life Science was established in January 2011 as a spin-off from Nanosol Ltd, and is a wholly own subsidiary of Nanosol Ltd.

Omega Life Science employs a team of scientist and engineers, with a strong managerial and administrative backbone. The Company also engages a team of professional consultants in the areas of pharmacology, regulatory affairs, and intellectual property, and a scientific advisory board consisting of business experts and scientific and medical opinion leaders.

The company's office and laboratory are located in Migdal Haemeq Industrial Park, Israel. The company also operates a business development arm in Europe.
