Mr. Yair Weinberger ‐ Chairman of the Board
Mr. Yair Weinberger is owner and president of Electrotherm Group, a worldwide leader in the development and manufacturing of thermal process equipment, mainly serving the aerospace industry. He is deeply involved in the industrial arena in Israel, elected twice to chair the Metal, Electrical and Infrastructure Industries Association of Israel .
Due to the positioning of Electrotherm and its close relationship with the Technion (Israel Institute of Technology), Mr. Weinberger serves as a board member of the Technion Research and Development Foundation Institute of Metal.
 
Mr. Asaf Weinberger, CEO
Mr. Asaf Weinberger is a mechanical engineer (B.Sc.), graduate of the Technion, and holds an MBA.
He served in as an engineering officer (Captain) in the Israeli Defense Force (IDF), and later as sales development engineer of the Israel Aircraft Industries in Southeast Asia.
Mr. Weinberger joined Nanosol in November 2009 as board member and in January 2010 was appointed CEO of Nanosol.
 
Dr. Alik Tzadikov ‐ Director and Chief Scientist
Dr. Tzadikov holds a Ph.D. from the University of Moscow. He is a physicist with expertise in production of nanometric powders for industrial and pharmaceutical applications. He held a senior position in the Physical Institute and in the Space Research Institute in Baku, Azerbaijan. He then led a joint research project of the Academy of Science of Azerbaijan with the European Center for Nuclear Research (ECNR). Following his immigration to Israel, Dr. Tzadikov headed the research of U.S. Dryer Ltd.
Dr. Tzadikov authored more than 30 scientific publications and is the inventor of several patents. Presently he leads the scientific team of Nanosol.
 
Professor Michael Mayer, VP Strategy and Director
Prof. Mayer is a specialist in Laboratory Medicine and Professor (Emeritus) of Medical Biochemistry, the Hebrew University – Hadassah Medical School, Jerusalem, Israel. He chaired the Division of Laboratories and was Head of the Department of Clinical Biochemistry, Hadassah Medical Center and University Hospital. For eight years he was Deputy Director of Hadassah Mount Scopus Hospital. Prof. Mayer authored more than 140 peer-reviewed scientific and professional publications in leading international journals in the areas of laboratory medicine, biochemistry, and information technology. He is a member of many national and international academic and professional organizations in his areas of expertise.
 
Mr. Yoel Hoffmann - CFO Omega Life Science Ltd.
Mr. Hoffmann is CFO of Omega Life Science as well as CFO of Electrotherm Group. he was appointed as Electrotherm Group's Chief Financial Officer in 2005. Previously, he was Treasurer and Finance VP of several industrial companies. He served for eleven years as comptroller of Fertilizers and Chemicals Ltd. of ICL group (TASE: ICL). Mr. Hoffmann holds a B.A. in Economics and Statistics, and an M.B.A. from the Tel Aviv University.
 
Mr. Thierry Teboul – Business Development Coordinator Europe
Mr. Teboul graduated from Skidmore College in Business Administration and NY University Business school. He is an expert in Finance and Business Development and since 1990 worked for companies like PaineWebber, Smith Barney, AIG Trading, Refco, and more recently for Aurel Leven in France. Based in Paris, Mr. Teboul coordinates the business development of Omega Life Science in Europe and its Investor’s relations.
